SnipeDomains provides browser-based domain research and analysis tools. This Privacy Policy applies when you use the SnipeDomains website, account dashboard, and browser extension.

Who this policy covers

This policy covers information processed by SnipeDomains when you visit the website, create or use an account, request a domain analysis, save research, manage a subscription, or contact support.

Third-party websites and services have their own privacy practices. Their policies apply when you interact with them directly.

What we collect—and what we do not access

Information is limited to what is needed to provide accounts, deliver analysis, maintain saved research, manage plan access, and support users.

Information we may collect

  • Account identity: name, email address, avatar, and authentication identifiers provided through sign-in.
  • Subscription status: plan, entitlement, billing status, and transaction references needed to provide access.
  • Analysis requests: domains you actively submit for scoring or contextual analysis.
  • Saved research: watchlists, notes, or results you choose to retain.
  • Service diagnostics: request counts, errors, and technical data needed for security and reliability.

Information we do not request access to

  • Your Gmail messages or unrelated email content.
  • Your Google Drive files, contacts, or calendars.
  • Your passwords or private authentication codes.
  • Complete payment-card details handled by the payment provider.
  • Page content from unrelated browsing outside supported research activity.

How information is used

We use the information described above to authenticate accounts, return requested analysis, display saved research, enforce plan limits, maintain security, troubleshoot errors, communicate about the service, and respond to support or privacy requests.

We may use aggregated or de-identified service statistics to understand reliability and feature usage. These statistics are intended not to identify an individual user.

SnipeDomains does not describe personal domain searches or watchlists as data offered for sale to domain investors or advertisers.

How extension activity works

The browser extension is designed to provide analysis within supported domain-research environments. Analysis occurs when you use a supported workflow or actively request it.

User requests analysis

Browser permissions are used to place product controls on supported pages, communicate with SnipeDomains services, and return results. The extension is not intended to inspect unrelated page content or continuously monitor general browsing.

Security, retention, and deletion

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect account and research information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their sign-in account and devices.

Retention

Account and saved-research information may be retained while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Some records may be kept longer when required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or financial recordkeeping.

Deletion requests

You may request deletion of personal information associated with your account. We will evaluate the request and retain only information that must or may lawfully be kept.
