1. Agreement & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and SnipeDomains ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the SnipeDomains website, Chrome Extension, and API services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms.

2. Subscription & Licensing

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable subscription fees, SnipeDomains grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.

• Account Sharing: Your account is for your individual use. Sharing login credentials or API keys across multiple users is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
• Usage Limits: Access is subject to the usage limits of your specific subscription tier. Attempting to bypass rate limits will result in suspension.

3. API & Extension Usage Constraints

To ensure the integrity of our systems, the following actions are explicitly prohibited:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any portion of the SnipeDomains Extension or API.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data from our Services outside of officially documented API endpoints.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or packaging SnipeDomains data into a competing commercial product.
• Using the Services for any unlawful purpose.

4. User Obligations & Liability

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (via your Google account). You are solely responsible for your domain investment decisions. SnipeDomains provides analytics and scoring as an informational tool, not as financial or investment advice. We do not guarantee the future value or profitability of any domain analyzed through our platform.

5. Payment & Refunds

All payments are processed securely by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. By upgrading to a paid tier, you agree to Paddle's checkout terms.

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: We offer a strict 7-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases if you are unsatisfied with the service. Please contact support to initiate a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including but not limited to code, proprietary algorithms, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of SnipeDomains. No rights are granted to you other than as expressly set forth in these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. SNIPEDOMAINS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL SNIPEDOMAINS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

8. Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to the Services without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
