Subscriptions, payments, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed according to the price, billing interval, currency, taxes, and terms shown during checkout. Paddle acts as the payment and subscription provider for eligible purchases and may present its own checkout terms.
Recurring subscriptions
Unless the checkout states otherwise, a paid subscription renews automatically at the applicable interval until cancelled. You authorize recurring charges through the payment method managed by the payment provider.
Plan changes and cancellation
You may cancel using the available account or billing controls. Cancellation generally stops future renewal while access continues through the paid period, unless the applicable checkout or law requires a different result.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy, applicable checkout terms, and mandatory consumer rights. A refund is not guaranteed merely because the Services were used less than expected.
Analysis is informational, not a guarantee
SnipeDomains provides scores, signals, summaries, estimates, and research tools based on available data and analytical methods. Results may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or affected by market changes and third-party data.
SnipeDomains does not provide legal, financial, tax, trademark, or investment advice. You are responsible for verifying ownership, trademark risk, acquisition terms, market demand, and other facts before acting.
No score, estimate, category, or written insight guarantees that a domain can be acquired, resold, monetized, or used without dispute. Past sales and comparable domains do not guarantee future results.
Intellectual property and feedback
SnipeDomains and its licensors retain rights in the Services, software, designs, branding, content, scoring methods, and other protected materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
You retain rights you may have in information you submit. You grant SnipeDomains the limited rights needed to process that information and provide the requested Services.
If you voluntarily provide feedback or suggestions, you allow SnipeDomains to use them to improve the Services without an obligation to compensate you, subject to applicable law.
Availability, changes, and third parties
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We aim to maintain a useful and reliable service, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
The Services may rely on or link to third-party platforms, data sources, authentication providers, marketplaces, or payment services. SnipeDomains does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their independent terms, content, availability, or actions.
